Diana L. Silvey
Executive Director, Community Outreach Services
Ms. Silvey has served in various roles with the Sisters of Mercy
and Health System since 1980. In her present position, she leads
and oversees the operations of Sisters of Mercy Ministries-sponsored
outreach programs and provides management support, guidance and
counsel to the Health System's grant programs, Catherine's Fund
and Mercy Caritas. Ms. Silvey holds a master’s degree in
Finance and
a Masters in Healthcare Mission.
Tina L. Sharamitaro
Legal Executive Secretary
Ms. Sharamitaro joined Sisters of Mercy Health System in March
1994 where she has served in various support roles. Just recently
she assumed the role of Legal Executive Secretary. Prior to this,
she served as Executive Secretary for the Mission and Ethics Department.

Family Center
Stewart J. Clark, Ph.D.
Executive Director/Practice Manager
Dr. Clark joined Mercy Family Center in 2000. He is responsible
for the day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the 10
clinician outpatient behavioral health practice located in New
Orleans and Mandeville, Louisiana. Prior to joining Mercy
Family Center, Dr. Clark was the senior administrator for the
Department of Pediatrics at Louisiana State University Medical
Center. He has been in health care administration for 13
years. He is also active in the Louisiana Medical Group Management
Association, currently serving as its president-elect.
Dr Clark holds a bachelors degree from Concordia College, Moorhead,
Minnesota, and a masters and doctorate from The University of
Texas at Austin.

Health Advocacy Program
Roy Mitchell
Program Director
Mr. Mitchell joined MHAP in 1995 as the program's director. Prior
to that time, Mr. Mitchell had staffed and supervised legal clinics
for domestic violence victims, low-income housing tenants, Medicaid
and welfare recipients and seniors in both urban and rural settings.
Mr. Mitchell is a native Mississippian and a graduate of New College
of California School of Law, San Francisco and the University
of Mississippi where he received a bachelor's degree in public
administration. He is a member of the State Bar of California
with extensive public interest advocacy experience in direct legal
services, community organizing and advocacy.
